THE FILING PROCESS

The claims process is now open for individuals and entities affected by the 1inMM Ponzi Scheme to submit claims against the Receivership Estate. This is a critical step to ensure you are considered for any potential distribution of recovered funds. Please note that all claims must be submitted individually, as joint or combined submissions are not permitted. The deadline for filing is strictly 90 days from the issuance of the Claims Notice Package, on 7/8/2025.

Please note that late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Steps to File a Claim:

  1. Review the Claims Notice Package: The package contains the Claims Bar Date Notice, Proof of Claim Form, W9 Form, and instructions. The Receiver and her team have calculated a preliminary claim amount for each investor using a “net investment” method, which will be shared with you for review. If you disagree with the calculated amount, you will have the opportunity to submit corrections and supporting documentation.
  2. Complete Required Forms: All claimants must complete the Proof of Claim Form and W9 Form. These must be signed under penalty of perjury. If a claimant is represented by an heir, successor, or authorized representative, the forms must reflect this authorization.
  3. Provide Supporting Documentation: Include relevant evidence to support your claim, such as bank statements, investment agreements, cancelled checks, promissory notes, or other financial records.
  4. Submit Your Claim: Claims can be submitted electronically via the Receivership’s online portal (click link below). Alternatively, you can request a paper submission option if you cannot file online. Mailing addresses for submissions will be provided in the Claims Notice Package. Be sure to retain copies of all forms and documents for your records.

Important Deadlines and Support

The deadline to submit your claim (the Claims Bar Date) is 90 days from when the Claims Notice Package is issued, 7/8/2025. Claims received after this date will not be accepted. If your submission is incomplete or lacks proper documentation, it may also be rejected. The Receiver will contact claimants with incomplete submissions for corrections when possible, but timely responses will be critical.

For further assistance, you can reach out to the Receivership team at [email protected], by using the contact details provided in the Claims Notice Package or by visiting the Receivership website for FAQs, forms, and updates, www.1inMMReceivership.com.
