This sale is being conducted pursuant to court authority in the matter of SEC v. Zachary Horwitz (Avery). The Auction features personal property exclusively from Mr. Horwitz’s personal residence in the Beverlywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. All items have been relocated to two storage facilities in Sylmar and Chatsworth, where they must be picked up by buyer or buyer’s agent (see our posted listed of unaffiliated 3rd party shippers that buyer may contact to arrange pickup at buyer’s cost). The sale includes furniture, furnishings, art, collectibles, fitness equipment, musical instruments and clothing.
