Background Information
In April 2021, the United States District Court for the Central District of California granted an emergency asset freeze order against Zachary J. Horwitz, 1inMM Capital, LLC and its affiliates. Subsequently, the Defendant was found guilty of securities fraud.
On January 14, 2022, Michele Vives of Douglas Wilson Companies was appointed by the United States District Court for the Central District of California to serve as permanent receiver over 1inMM Capital, LLC and its affiliates. Pursuant to the Central Court Order, the Receiver’s duties include, but are not limited to: 1) oversee assets attributable to funds derived from investors of the Defendants or that were fraudulently transferred by the Defendants; and, 2) identify any other significant assets that may aid in the recovery to compensate harmed investors.
The Receiver will provide updates to this website as they become available. The Receiver will continue to submit her reports to the Court and update this website accordingly.
