Dear 1inMM investor: I reached a proposed settlement with Susan Kozlowski pursuant to which she will pay the estate $300,000 to settle all claims I have or may have against her and some of her related entities. This motion, a copy of which you can access here, describes my investigation, the potential claims, the settlement and why I think the settlement is beneficial to the estate and should be approved by the Court.
Your options:
If you have no objection to the settlement, you do not need to do anything.
If you have questions about the settlement, please email me using the address listed below.
If you wish to object to this settlement, please submit your objection to me using the email address [email protected] as to why you object.
Objection deadline: Any objection must be received by me no later than 4:00 pm PT on Monday, January 16, 2023 to be considered by the Court. If you timely submit an objection, my office will contact you about the date, time and other details pertaining to any hearing that the Court schedules. However, if you do not timely submit an objection, the Court may approve the proposed settlement without a hearing. Please note that any objection you have may be resolved by first contacting me and asking questions or requesting further information.
